St Clements Institute has been working with its global partners to offer a limited number of Tuition Scholarship opportunities for Cambodian students for the 2018/2019 school year. Management Excellence Scholarship
Do you have the potential to be a future leader ? If you would like to enhance your leadership and management skills and join the the Institute of Management Specialists (UK) growing international network, consider applying for the Management Excellence Scholarship. The scholarships offer not only financial support (50% of tuition fees for the first two years will be paid for by the Institute), but the opportunity to become part of an influential highly regarded global network.
At the completion of the second year of their studies scholarship students will be able to apply to the Institute of Management Specialists (IMS) to have their course work assessed and be awarded a UK Associate Diploma in Management, Finance or Hospitality from the IMS, and be able to upgrade their IMS membership level to Associate Members.
The IMS aims to attract talented professionals who are potential leaders, decision makers and opinion formers. Students in the following programs are to apply for this scholarship opportunity.
Scholarship students must
1. have 90% attendance in all classes;
2. maintain at least a GPA of 3.0 for each term;
3. observe all rules and regulations of the University, including respect of the Student Code of Conduct;
4. participate in University’s activities, such as conferences, seminars, meetings, etc., from time to time.
Technical Expert Scholarship
The Faculty of Professional Business and Technical Management - UK (FPBTM - UK)
have awarded a grant for their International Development Program to achieve the following goals.
1) To provide the opportunity to the students in our program to receive a higher education and obtain a bachelor's degree
2) To increase the number of Cambodian nationals in professional and technical positions.
The project’s goals are being achieved through a scholarship, internship and mentoring strategy. This approach allows these students to complete higher education and gain necessary skills and experiences for professional/technical employment and empowers them positively impacting their lives and that of future generations.
This scholarship opportunity is available to St Clements Institute Bachelor of Information Technology students.
The FPBTM - UK will subsidise the first two years of the Students Tuition fees enabling students to study the full Bachelor program for only USD $75 per semester. Successful students will also be able to apply to the FPBTM - UK for a United Kingdom Technicians Diploma upon completion of their second year of studies in the Bachelor program.
Scholarship students must
1. have 90% attendance in all classes;
2. maintain at least a GPA of 2.5 for each term;
3. observe all rules and regulations of the University, including respect of the Student Code of Conduct.
Scholastic Aptitude Scholarships
As part of its focus on local community development in Cambodia, St Clements Institute offer a Scholastic Aptitude Scholarship. These are for students who did well in school; who are from families that cannot afford their continuing education; and who are fully committed to learning and furthering themselves. These Scholarships cover 50% of the tuition. There are certain conditions which the students must meet in order to continue receiving a Scholastic Aptitude Scholarship. They must
1. have 80% attendance in all classes;
2. maintain at least a GPA of 2.5 for each term;
3. observe all rules and regulations of the University, including respect of the Student Code of Conduct;
4. participate in University’s activities, such as conferences, seminars, meetings, etc., from time to time; and
5. be willing to volunteer time or participate in the internship program of the University.
Pathways have been organised for bachelor degree graduates to continue their studies in the United Kingdom for a Masters qualification program and with universities in the USA to complete a Masters program.
